• Water pressure drop below 40 PSI when multiple fixtures run. The Abodu One requires 40 PSI minimum at the unit; if your main line is ¾-inch galvanized from the 1960s, friction loss across the lot often pushes you under that threshold.
• Gas line corrosion or inadequate BTU capacity for the Abodu’s tankless water heater. We find this on properties where the original gas line was sized for a 40-gallon tank, not a 199,000 BTU on-demand unit. San Bernardino’s dry climate accelerates exterior steel pipe corrosion at grade.

DIY or Call Us?
